I'm not going viral. And I don't care.

Hi there Reader,

I'm not going to go viral for this.

Three meals a day. That's my big secret. That's the thing I come back to over and over again with every single woman I work with.

No intermittent fasting (you actually fast when you sleep).

No eating every two hours (terrible for your blood sugar).

No counting anything (so overwhelming).

Just breakfast, lunch, and dinner built around protein, whole food carbs, fiber, and fat consistently, every day.

I know. It sounds too simple. I know it doesn't feel like enough.

But here's what I've watched happen when women actually do this consistently, not perfectly:

Energy stabilizes. Not because they're caffeinating differently, but because their blood sugar is finally steady throughout the day.

The food noise gets quiet. The constant mental chatter about what they should eat, shouldn't eat, already ate settles. Because their body isn't hungry and in a state of low-grade panic anymore.

Sleep improves.

Late night cravings ease.

The 3pm crash disappears.

One woman in the first cohort noticed something she didn't expect at all:

"One thing I've noticed is that I am going to bed earlier. I am a night owl and often stay up past two. Last night I went to bed at midnight. I think since I am snacking less at night, this may be the reason."

Not a dramatic transformation. A woman who went to bed an hour earlier because her body finally had what it needed.

Women are leading incredibly busy lives. The last thing you need is another complicated system layered on top of everything else you're managing. You need something doable. Something that travels with you. Something that doesn't require a perfect week to work.

Three meals a day is that thing.

The Foundation Blueprint 2nd cohort starts October 5. In 90 days, you'll have a framework that works whether it's a Tuesday at home, a holiday dinner, or a week on vacation.

By January 1, you won't be making a resolution. You'll already have the foundation.

I can't wait to live a life well nourished with you!

Hi there Reader, For the longest time, this was my struggle. I wanted my food to be perfect. I even cut out entire foods because I'd labeled them "bad." And honestly? I did a lot of damage to my own health chasing that. Maybe you're reading this thinking, "Omg, Rachael, another newsletter about consistency?" Yep. Because let me ask you this: are you actually practicing consistency, or are you still aiming for perfection? They are not the same thing. Perfection keeps you stuck Perfection is...

Hi there Reader, Cold and flu season? Let's be honest. It's really less-daylight, less-time-outside, and more sugary pumpkin-spice-everything season. Whatever you call it, everyone seems to be coming down with something right now. So I want to share the supplements I keep stocked to support my family. Why I reach for supplements first Supplements and over-the-counter medications are not the same thing. Most supplements are made from herbs, vitamins, and minerals, things your body already...

Hi there Reader, If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed I've been a little fired up lately. Nobody's purposely rage-baiting me, but my For You page sure is. Here are three posts that have shown up over and over, and I bet you've seen them too. Post #1: The "miracle" face cream A gorgeous woman is selling a cream that promises to replace Botox and give you plump, smooth, ageless skin. I mean, I'd love a magic serum. Wouldn't you? But her face looks filled. The lines are a little...
