Hi there Reader, Let me say something that might sting a little: If a meal plan was going to work for you, it already would have. You've downloaded them. Maybe purchased a few. Followed them for a week or two, felt good, felt like this time was different and then life happened. A trip. A birthday dinner. A week where you just couldn't keep up. And then you were off the plan. And starting over felt harder than starting the first time. A meal plan tells you exactly what to eat and exactly when. Which works perfectly until it doesn't. Until Tuesday looks nothing like the plan expected. Until you're at a restaurant with no idea what to order because the plan didn't cover this. A meal plan doesn't teach you anything. It’s behavior modification. It just gives you instructions to follow and the moment the instructions don't fit your life, you're on your own. What you actually need isn't a plan. It's a framework. A framework teaches you how to think about food, not just what to eat. It gives you a way of building a meal that works whether you're in your kitchen or at an airport with a fifteen-minute layover. One woman from the first cohort described it at the end of the program: "I love how this program does not prohibit any foods. Because of this it is very sustainable. I feel better overall and more intentional when I plan my meals for me and my family." No more starting over. No more falling off the plan. Because there is no 'off' when the framework lives in your head. The kids are back in school and the holidays are coming. That's not a reason to wait, it's exactly why you start now. The Foundation Blueprint 2nd cohort begins October 5. By the time the holidays hit, you'll have the framework to navigate them without a plan B, and without needing a "resolution" come the new year. The Foundation Blueprint 2nd cohort enrollment is open. Will I see you in cohort #2?
I can't wait to live a life well nourished with you! |

Hi there Reader, For the longest time, this was my struggle. I wanted my food to be perfect. I even cut out entire foods because I'd labeled them "bad." And honestly? I did a lot of damage to my own health chasing that. Maybe you're reading this thinking, "Omg, Rachael, another newsletter about consistency?" Yep. Because let me ask you this: are you actually practicing consistency, or are you still aiming for perfection? They are not the same thing. Perfection keeps you stuck Perfection is...
Hi there Reader, Cold and flu season? Let's be honest. It's really less-daylight, less-time-outside, and more sugary pumpkin-spice-everything season. Whatever you call it, everyone seems to be coming down with something right now. So I want to share the supplements I keep stocked to support my family. Why I reach for supplements first Supplements and over-the-counter medications are not the same thing. Most supplements are made from herbs, vitamins, and minerals, things your body already...
Hi there Reader, If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed I've been a little fired up lately. Nobody's purposely rage-baiting me, but my For You page sure is. Here are three posts that have shown up over and over, and I bet you've seen them too. Post #1: The "miracle" face cream A gorgeous woman is selling a cream that promises to replace Botox and give you plump, smooth, ageless skin. I mean, I'd love a magic serum. Wouldn't you? But her face looks filled. The lines are a little...
