Hi there Reader, One of the questions I ask women in Phase 2 of the Foundation Blueprint is this: "Tell me about a lunch moment this week where having something prepped saved you." Here's what one woman wrote back: "I made a large pasta salad with Barilla protein pasta, fresh spinach, garlic powder, Greek yogurt, shredded chicken, chickpeas, heart of palm, and salt and pepper. I had it for several days for lunch and it was quick and easy." Read that ingredient list. Protein. Whole food carbs. Fiber. Fat. She built a PWiFF meal, not because she was following a meal plan, but because she understood the framework well enough to create it herself. That's the shift. She also told me she'd figured out her prep style, she cooks a big batch of chicken breasts at the start of the week and uses canned chicken and chickpeas to fill in the gaps. She found her system. Not mine. Hers. This is what Phase 2 looks like. You're not executing someone else's plan perfectly. You're figuring out how the framework fits into your actual life, your schedule, your preferences, your chaos. Another woman in the same cohort told me her biggest struggle was whole food carbs. So she made a big batch of rice and added it to her dinners all week. "I've felt pretty energized this week. 😊" That's it. That's the whole thing. The Foundation Blueprint 2nd cohort is open for enrollment. This isn't about following my plan. It's about building yours. Enroll here. The Foundation Blueprint starts October 5th. I can't wait to live a life well nourished with you! |

Hi there Reader, For the longest time, this was my struggle. I wanted my food to be perfect. I even cut out entire foods because I'd labeled them "bad." And honestly? I did a lot of damage to my own health chasing that. Maybe you're reading this thinking, "Omg, Rachael, another newsletter about consistency?" Yep. Because let me ask you this: are you actually practicing consistency, or are you still aiming for perfection? They are not the same thing. Perfection keeps you stuck Perfection is...
Hi there Reader, Cold and flu season? Let's be honest. It's really less-daylight, less-time-outside, and more sugary pumpkin-spice-everything season. Whatever you call it, everyone seems to be coming down with something right now. So I want to share the supplements I keep stocked to support my family. Why I reach for supplements first Supplements and over-the-counter medications are not the same thing. Most supplements are made from herbs, vitamins, and minerals, things your body already...
Hi there Reader, If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed I've been a little fired up lately. Nobody's purposely rage-baiting me, but my For You page sure is. Here are three posts that have shown up over and over, and I bet you've seen them too. Post #1: The "miracle" face cream A gorgeous woman is selling a cream that promises to replace Botox and give you plump, smooth, ageless skin. I mean, I'd love a magic serum. Wouldn't you? But her face looks filled. The lines are a little...
