Hi there Reader, How much should I eat? I get this question constantly. In DMs, in discovery calls, from women who have been trying to figure out the answer for years. And the honest answer is the one that sounds too simple to be true: more than you probably are. Here's what I know from working with women, most of them aren't eating too much. They're eating too little. And they've been doing it for so long that their body has adapted around it, making everything harder; the energy, the sleep, the stubborn weight that won't budge no matter what they do. So when someone asks me "how much should I eat?" I usually flip the question. Because "how much" is actually the wrong question. The right question is: what? What are you eating? Is there protein? Is there a whole food carbohydrate? Is there fiber? Is there fat? Because when those four things are at every meal, your blood sugar stays stable, your hunger signals regulate, and your body stops sounding the alarm every few hours. That's the PWiFF Blueprint. And it doesn't require a food scale or a calorie counter or an app or white knuckles. It just requires you to look at your plate and see each category. I stopped doing math a long time ago. We actually broke up in high school so I’m not asking you to do math either. I’m asking you to build a meal. Three times a day. That's all. Not a specific number of calories. Not a specific macro split. Three real meals, built around four things, every single day. That's where we start. Every single time. Need a little help? Download the free PWiFF Blueprint [here]. I can't wait to live a life well nourished with you! |

Hi there Reader, I just wrapped up my first Foundation Blueprint cohort and I am so excited to have created a program that is all mine! When women start the Foundation Blueprint, one of the first things I ask is a simple check-in: where was your hunger this morning on a scale of 1-5? One woman wrote back: "I haven't had lunch yet, but my hunger was a three this morning when I woke up. That is progress for me because I'm usually not hungry in the morning. Woot, woot!" That message stopped me....
Hi there Reader, Consistency over perfection. You've heard me say it. A lot. But I want to show you what it actually looks like because I think most people hear that phrase and still picture something that isn't quite right. It looks like eating breakfast every morning. Not because you have to, but because you understand why it matters and you've built enough structure that it's just what you do. It looks like eating the best PWiFF lunch you can when you've spent the day running from...
Hi there Reader, We hit the West Coast for our final family vacation before school starts. Southern California is my favorite place. And honestly? Not a lot changed. I really like the habits I've built for myself. They're simple, repeatable, and they don't require anything I only have at home. I love to travel, which means I need habits that can follow me anywhere and that includes California, the beach, and a rental house kitchen I've never cooked in before. Here's what my days actually...
